About Me: I am a certified labor and childbirth doula (CBI), who strives to serve pregnant and laboring women while glorifying Jesus Christ, the Author of Life. I have been blessed by God to have had three births of my own, an emergency c-section in 1997 (45 minute labor with a double footling baby on his way out), a VBAC with an epidural to get me through intense back labor (2000), and an all-natural doula-assisted birth (2005). Each birth was a tremendous time of knowing the sufficiency of my Savior, and of preparing me to help other women through their labors and deliveries.
I have been attending births since 1993, and have helped at hospital, birth center, and home births, as well as twin births, c-sections, medically managed births, and no-intervention births.

"The Bradley Method" is a 12-week intensive natural childbirth preparation course. We meet on Tuesday nights at 7:00. Barbara Lehr, Christian Doula, is now offering prenatal and postpartum massage sessions in your home! Sessions cost $30/half hour or $50/hour, and are an excellent way to practice relaxation and to help you get through the discomforts of pregnancy.
